Try the DEFAULT first.. Most of them are "root" (no quotes) for username and NO PASSWORD so enter nothing! The following will reset the unit to factory defaults. Look for the INIT button on bottom of the device. Press and hold for 15 seconds and a sequence of beeping audibles will occur. The password has been changed to the default password. Then login and resetup the router. Be sure to enable WEP or WPA and set a WIRELESS password (these can be and should be different from the router password!) The default router login is also on the support site Downloads - Quick Setup Guides.. just enter your router MODEL for the correct information.

1). Open the web browser that you use: Firefox Google Chrome IE or Opera and type in the IP address for your router and press the Enter key. 2). A window will open and then type in your routers default username and password and press the Enter key again ***** Username and Password may also be located on the side or bottom of your router ***** 3). Navigate to the Wireless SecurityNetwork Security Settings Tab and open to locate or change your WEP or WPA Security Passphrase. Use WPA because it provides better security. 4). Write this Security Passphrase down and put it in a safe place to access when needed. 5). Save settings and close your browser.
