My Windows 7 Samsung laptop can detect my wireless D-LINK router, but when I try to connect I merely get a "windows was unable to connect to dlink" message and a button to troubleshoot. I was able to connect to the router a few hours ago. Other wireless devices can still connect to the router.
1- Open any web browser on your computer.
2- Enter .192.168.0.1 into the address bar.
3- Enter “admin” as the User Name, and leave the Password field blank.
4- Click the “Setup Wizard” button.
5- Click the “Launch Internet Connection Setup Wizard” button
6- Create an administrator password.
1- On off your devices.
unplug your router’s power cable, wait for 10-15 seconds, and then plug it back in. restart your modem if you have and your system also.router-s
2- Check cables
You should check all of the cables involved and ensure that they’re connected.? Remove all wireless cables for 1 minutes and attach again.
Turn OFF for an hour and then try to connect with your PC.
4- Try to update your WiFi driver.
Go to Device Manager by right-clicking on My Computer.
Go to Properties.
Click on Device Manager.
Now update your network/ WiFi driver
If update driver are not working then Un-install your driver and re-install the driver.
now try to connect with your WiFi if not then try to reset your router and configure it again.
