Massive wireless performance issues on 2.4 ghz with 2 routers in hardwired bridge mode?

Hi I have 2 linksys router e4a4500 e4200 that are in wired bridge mode.... i am having massive performance issues especially on 2.4ghz my download speeds are less than 5mbps and my hard wired is over 177mbps... can anyone help... also how can i test to see if both routers are failing with regard to wireless... thanks!

Your best option is to run a Ethernet cable between and run a second router as a AP. Not sure if that is what you asked.

If you can't you can run outdoor bridge units like engenius enh202 on both end. You would then place a AP in the second building treating the 2 engenius as a ethernet cable.

You need clear line of sight with no obstructions in the way. At that short distance some trees/bushes might be tolerated but you do not want a big tree directly in the path.
