1. Check Your Wired Connection: In order to find the reason behind your internet connectivity, first check if all the wires connecting your router, modem, and computer are in perfect working condition. Also, make sure that the DSL cable from your ISP is not damaged. Replace any wire with damage and see if the issue is resolved.

2. Check Your Internet Connection: At times the issue of connectivity could arise if any repair work or maintenance is going on. So make sure that you have an internet connection and the problem is in either router or modem.

Connect your router to the computer using the ethernet cable where the DSL cable goes into the WAN port. Try opening a website, if yes then move onto next step, otherwise call your ISP.
