I have a Roku stick which I have been using for past one and a half year. Recently, it started giving me issues with connectivity and signal problems. After contacting the Support team they asked me to reset my Roku account with a new and strong password. I do not know how to do that? Any help?
To reset Roku password, just follow the guidelines that are described here -
First of all, open your web browser and navigate to the following web address - roku.com/password/reset
Now you will see “My Account Page”. Here you have to click on “Forgot Password”.
After clicking on Forgot password option, You are requested to enter your registered email address.
Next, click on Submit button. Now open your that particular email account and you will see a recovery mail. Open that mail and there will a link which will redirect you to the Roku website from where you can change your password. Keep one thing in your mind i.e., that particular link will valid for only 1 hr. After 1 hr, the link is useless for you and you have to generate a new link by repeating above procedure. If you don’t see any new email in your inbox then have a look at your Spam folder too.
After this, navigate to Roku password reset page and enter the password according to your choice. Also, enter that password in the “Confirm Password” field and give a click on "Save Changes" button.
