Go through this procedure if you forget Roku Account Password -

Step 1 : First of all, confirm that you have the email address of your Roku account so that you can access Roku account whenever you want.

Step 2 : Now, open any internet browser and go to official password reset page of Roku.

Step 3 : Sign in into your account and then go to My Account page.

Step 4 : Tap on the Welcome menu that is located at the top of the page and then click on Signout button.

Step 5 : Repeat the step 2.

Step 6 : Navigate to Forgot Password Reset page, enter the email address that is associated with your Roku account. After entering the correct email address, click on Submit button.

Step 7 : Now, a password recovery email has been sent to the email address that you have entered earlier.

Step 8 : Locate the email in your inbox and then click on the link that is given in that particular email.

Step 9 : Click on the link after seeing it because its validity gets expired in after 5 minutes. If due to any reason the link got expired then you have to repeat the overall process to generate a new link.

Step 10 : After clicking on that link, you are directed to “create password” page where you can reset Roku account password. Here, enter your new Roku account password and then click on Submit button.
