Step 1: Log in to your account through the app.

Step 2: Go to the option of my Products and then finally select the option of the Internet. 

Step 3: Go to the tab of Connected device to view all the connected devices. 

How to Remove the Devices using Secure WiFi

CenturyLink enables users to remove devices by using the secure Wi-Fi option. If you wish to remove a device using secure Wi-Fi, then below are the steps that you need to follow. 

Step 1: Log into your account by going to the CenturyLink app to access the option of My Products.

Step 2: Choose the Internet option and then go to the page of Connected Device to see all the connected devices. 

Step 3: Select the device and then click on Remove. 

How can I Pause and Unpause Devices?

Sometimes, you wish to remove the device temporarily and not permanently. CenturyLink has a great feature, which enables you to pause and unpause your devices.

Below are the steps that you need to carry out to pause and unpause devices. 

Step 1: First of all, you are required to navigate to the Pause options. 

Step 2: Select any group or device you wish to use. 

Step 3: Now, you need to select a device that you want to pause. 

Step 4: After that, select the option of Internet access and pause or unpause the selected device or group.
