How can I setup my TP-Link router without CD which I just purchased to act as an access point? I'll be connecting it to a main router which is connected to the ISP.

Ans
Step 1 : Set up the TP-Link router with your modem and connect router to the PC.
Step 2 : Open CMD type "ipconfig" hit enter.
Step 3 : Get Default Gateway IP type it in a web browser hit enter (e.g. 192.168.1.1).
Step 4 : Default usernam: admin password: admin hit OK. If they don't work you'll have to reset the router from the back pinhole.
Step 6 : Select WPA-PSK and set a pssword.
You can install the router the way every TP-Link router should be installed without the CD . . .
Plug a cable from your computer to a LAN port of your router not the internet WAN..
Then look under your router for the IP information and type that in a browser (internet explorer firefox etc..)
Enter the default user name and password that might be written on the router also..
And from there you have to configure it yourself there might be some sort of TP-Link setup wizard to help in there..
if you have a Cable Provider and you have a Router and you would like to setup with your internet connection .
Good luck
