To configure address reservations on WiFi TP-Link Routers, you need to follow some simple steps. To do this, you need to go to the web interface of Archer C9 and select Advanced, Network, DHCP server, and then Advanced Reservation. Various situations have come up for you regarding the Archer C50 V2.

In this case, select the add button, enter the Mac address of your device, mention the reserved IP address, and tick the option of Enable Now reboot it, and all the settings will come into effect.

If you reserve an IP address specified in the local area network, you will receive the same IP address to connect to the DHCP server.

Simple Steps that You Need to Follow to Configure Address Reservations on Your Router Device:

Step 1: Go to the web interface of Archer C9.

Step 2: After that, you need to select Advanced, Network, DHCP Server, and then finally Address Reservation. Here we are going to explain the situation to you.

Situation Suitable for Archer C50 V2

Step 1: Select the button of Add

Step 2: After that, you need to enter the Mac address of your device for which you wish to reserve the IP address.

Step 3: Now, mention the IP address that you want to reserve. Please make sure that the IP address is on the same subnet with your LAN IP.

Also, it can't be a reserved IP. If your default IP address is 192.168.0.1, then the IP address you reserve can be from 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254.

Step 4: Tick the option of Enable This Entry and then select Ok to save the changes.

Step 5: Now, select the button of Reboot given at the upper right corner. This will bring all the settings into effect.
