Fix TP Link FTP Server Not Working:

Here, we will discuss on how to set up port forwarding on your TP-link router.

Follow the Instructions Below Carefully and See if Your Issue is Resolved of TP Link Ftp Server:

Step 1: Open your web browser and type in your IP address to access your router's default web page. Log in to your account as admin. In case you do not have any SSID or Password, enter "admin" in SSID and leave the password field blank.

Step 2: insert a USB storage device into the USB port of your computer and make sure the USB light is blinking and your computer is able to detect it.

Step 3: Go to "USB Settings" on your router's web page and click on "FTP Server" on the left-hand side menu.

Step 4: Before configuration of FTP server, your USB device must be recognized, so click on "Add New Folder" and then click on the volume you want to share.

Step 5: Select a subfolder, you can also select all the folders present and then enter a display name for your folder. Save the settings and changes you have made.

Step 6: The folder you just selected will be displayed on FTP home-page. Enable the Internet access and save the settings. Once done click "Start" to start the FTP function.

Step 7: You can also access FTP Server via an external network. Type ftp://wan IP in the address bar your browser.

Step 8: You may have dual WAN access setup for the internet, so it is possible that you may see a public IP in the FTP server configuration page. You can access your FTP via this public IP as well.

Hopefully, the above-given steps helped you in setting up your FTP port forwarding in TP-Link router. In case you have any query kindly revert back with your question and I will be glad to help.
