A) Check Status

There are two ways to check the status of your ASUS RP-N12 range extender. On the repeater device itself or on your computer.

1) On Your Extender

To check the connectivity status of your range extender, you need to look at the Wi-Fi indicator light given on the front of the range extender. The green light indicates excellent signal strength and the red light indicates weak signal strength.

2) On Your Computer

Step 1: Open the internet browser of your choice on your PC.

Step 2: Now, type repeater.asus.com in the location bar of your browser and then login with the ID and password given on the range extender.

Step 3: The tab of Network Map is going to display the status of your wireless repeater.

Step 4: The status is going to show the connection of your router to the range extender. Also, the status indicates the connection with other devices and the mode of connection. Click on every item to see more information about it.
