Hello, Please let me know how to setup parental controls on an Asus router. I am facing some issues with the Controlling the router. Help me.

Setup Parental Controls on an Asus Router:

This article will show how to set up Parental Controls on an ASUS Router. This may allow specific devices to be allowed or denied access to the network at particular times of the day.

Follow the Steps Below to Set Up Parental Controls on an Asus Router:

Step 1: Open an internet browser, type 192.168.1.1 into the address bar, then press Enter.

Step 2: Type the admin username and password then click OK. (The default username and password are both admin).

Step 3: On the advanced menu on the left side, tap Parental Control.

Step 4: Click the On / Off slider to Enable parental control to show this On.

Step 5: The client list will appear. Click the red arrow next to the client name box to point out devices currently connected to the network and choose the device. If not then manually enter the name of the device, accompanied by the MAC Address of the device. this is often sometimes referred to as the physical address.

Step 6: After typing the device information, tap on the Add button.

Step 7: To specify what times a tool has access to the network, click the Time Management button next to the device.

Step 8: A screen will appear with days of the week along with the very best and times along the left, each block representing an hour of the day.
