The setup of any Tenda router is pretty simple. But one might face issues while doing it. You can set up the Tenda N300 router by ensuring some things like locating it close to the access point, restarting the router, forming a connection, and logging into the router's portal by navigating the default IP address on the web browser, then going to advanced settings, select wireless security and forming password for the router. Try Reconnecting your device to the Tenda router. After going to advanced settings, you should type 192.1688.0.1 in the browser, and you will be directed to the admin page. Select the range extender and choose "WISP".

Go for open scan and search "AcceleritWireless" with the lowest no. related to it under the "signal strength" option. Choose the option connect and you have successfully set up the router.

How Do I Setup the Tenda N300 Router?

Step 1 : Ensure that the Tenda n300 router is located in close proximity with the Access Point i.e. where you generally attain the strongest “AcceleritWireless” signal in your house / apartment / room. This is generally where our installer initially positions your Tenda N300 router.

Step 2 : Considering that you have already reset Tenda N300 router – Establish connection to it by scanning for SSID “Tenda_XXX” You will notice this after scanning for available Wifi networks on your device. Note that the “XXX” may only be a number in your case.

Step 3 : Establish connection and navigate to “192.168.0.1” on Google Chrome – After seeing the Tenda N300 login screen, type in “admin” in the field for username and “admin” in the field for password.

Step 4 : After completion select “Advanced Settings” present on top right of the screen.

Step 5 : Select “Wireless” and then “Wireless Security” and select a password for “TENDA_XXX”.

Step 6 : You will be logged off and at this point you should reconnect your device to “TENDA_XXX”

Step 7 : After clicking on “Advanced settings” once you’ve entered the range extender admin page,you must enter 192.168.0.1 in browser address bar for reaching the admin page as you will not be redirected instantly.

Step 8 : Choose range extender and select “WISP”

Step 9 : Choose an open scan and search for “AcceleritWireless” with the lowest number associated with it under “Signal Strength”.

Step 10 : Select connect and that’s it! You should be diverted to our login screen after your router starts.
