Allow Devices on Different Connections to Communicate (TP-Link AC5400)?

We are using a TP-LINK AC5400 Router. We have devices that use both the 2.4g connection and the 5g connection services. Is there a way to allow devices on one service (speed) to talk to devices on the other one? Some routers do this, but I don't know if that is in the AC5400 tool kit. Thank you.
