How to Setup Linksys Velop Router?

Hello, Please tell me about how to setup Linksys Velop router. I bought this linksys velop router, But don't know how to setting up this router. So help me in this issue.

Setup Linksys Velop Router:

You can connect the Velop nodes just by using the wireless extenders. If you wire the nodes together, then that can help you in increasing the speed and range of your Velop system. It also minimizes the chances of wireless interference.

You may have to set up additional nodes if you wish to use a wireless connection. Once you are done with the setup, connect to the nodes by making use of ethernet cables. Then, the nodes will automatically start using a wired connection.

Directions to Setup Linksys Velop Router:

Step 1: To setup linksys velop router use the Linksys application for setting up the primary node.

Step 2: A secondary node can be added through the wireless setup on the Linksys application.

Step 3: Once you have completed the setup, shift the position of the secondary node and then connect it to a power source.

Step 4: In the next step to setup linksys velop router, you must connect the primary as well as the secondary node using an ethernet wire. The, the nodes will automatically move to a wired connection. You can use higher rated cables such as CAT5e.

Step 5: In case you want to add other nodes as well, then in that case you must repeat the second and third step once again. When you setup the node in a location where you want to set it up, then link it to the upstream node using an ethernet wire.

now linksys velop setup system has been successfully.

Note: You must connect the nodes to a power source. They do not give power through ethernet. Nevertheless, managed or unmanaged switches can be used.
