NETGEAR Router Not Connecting to PC

I don't understand why my Netgear router is not connecting to PC. I have checked all physical connections and internal settings, everything is OK yet I am unable to access the internet with my Netgear router. Help me to troubleshoot Netgear router's issue so that I can access internet without any inconvenience.

NETGEAR Router Not Connecting to PC:

Hello Kev, you have to configure Netgear router with Smart Wizard in the following way -

1.Connect your modem to Netgear router's internet port by using an Ethernet cable.

2.In next step, connect your Netgear router to the computer to any of LAN port of Netgear router.

3.After connecting all devices manually, boot modem, Netgear router and your system.

4.Now, open your favourite internet browser and type Netgear router’s IP address in the address bar. If Netgear login page does not display on the screen then you need to ask for professional help by making a call on Netgear Router Technical Support Number.

5. If you see Netgear login page then enter the default credentials at the username and password fields.

6.Now Setup Wizard screen will display on the screen.

7.The setup wizard will detect your internet connection type. If you are using cable internet connection then Setup Wizard will detect “Dynamic Connection”.

8. Now, save the settings.

9. To check your internet connectivity, move to Maintenance and tap on “Router Status”. Here, you will see an IP address, if this address is not like 0.0.0.0 then you must understand you must understand that Netgear router has been connected to the internet.
